Employer Support
Practical administrative support for companies working with international employees in Norway.
Hiring international talent can involve documentation, registrations, public authorities and several practical steps before an employee is fully established. Norway ClearPath helps employers organize these processes and provide international employees with a clearer and smoother start in Norway.

International Hiring Involves More Than a Contract
When an international employee starts working in Norway, the employment contract is only one part of the process. The employee may also need to navigate identification, registrations, tax-related procedures, immigration-related administrative steps and practical systems that may be unfamiliar.
At the same time, the employer may need to prepare documentation, provide information and coordinate different administrative requirements. Norway ClearPath helps organize these practical and administrative steps so employers can spend less time searching for information and international employees can receive a clearer introduction to living and working in Norway.
