Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Norway ClearPath and form part of the agreement between Norway ClearPath and the client when a service, consultation, support package or employer service is accepted.
By confirming or purchasing a service, accepting a proposal or requesting Norway ClearPath to begin agreed work, the client acknowledges these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services
The exact scope of each service is described on the relevant service page, written confirmation, proposal or invoice.
Depending on the selected service, support may include:
-
administrative guidance
-
practical information
-
organisation of documents and information
-
identification of relevant official processes
-
checklists and action plans
-
consultations
-
relocation and settling-in support
-

-

-
administrative follow-up
Services are limited to the scope agreed with the client.
Additional work, additional meetings, extensive document preparation or services outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
3. Starting a Service
Submitting a contact or service-request form does not automatically create a paid service agreement.
Norway ClearPath may first review the information provided to determine whether the requested service is appropriate.
Where applicable, the client will receive confirmation of:
-
the proposed service
-
the agreed scope
-
the price
-
what is included
-
any relevant limitations
-
the next steps
For customised services, employer services, recruitment services and services advertised as “From” a particular price, the final scope and price may be confirmed in a separate proposal.
A service agreement is formed when the client accepts the confirmed service or proposal in the manner specified by Norway ClearPath.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), unless otherwise stated.
Fixed-price services are charged at the stated price.
Services marked “From” indicate a starting price. The final price depends on the agreed scope and complexity of the work.
Payment terms will be stated in the service confirmation, proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, Norway ClearPath may require payment before substantive work begins.
Government fees, application fees, certified translations, legal services and other third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated.
5. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Where Norwegian consumer withdrawal legislation applies to a service purchased remotely, the consumer has the rights provided by applicable Norwegian law.
The ordinary withdrawal period for eligible distance service agreements is 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement.
If the client asks Norway ClearPath to begin providing the service before the withdrawal period has expired, Norway ClearPath may request the client’s express consent to begin early.
If a consumer exercises the right of withdrawal after requested work has already begun, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, as permitted by applicable law.
Where a service has been fully performed after the consumer expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the applicable consequences, the right of withdrawal may cease in accordance with Norwegian law.
Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence over these Terms & Conditions.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients should notify Norway ClearPath as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or meeting.
Any specific cancellation, rescheduling or no-show conditions communicated in the booking confirmation or individual service agreement will apply.
Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights take precedence.
If Norway ClearPath needs to reschedule a meeting, the client will be offered a new suitable time.

Rules, procedures, fees and requirements issued by public authorities and third parties may change.
Norway ClearPath cannot be held responsible for changes made by third parties after guidance has been provided or for matters outside Norway ClearPath’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory Norwegian law.
